After using my Champ for 20-30 mins. it starts to make a static crunching noise. I replaced the tubes and it still make that noise. Any suggestions???

You have a case of incipient capacitor discharge - the power supply filters are about to discharge in a very explosive manner! Get 'em replaced, pronto!
