The best site I know of is www.powertabs.net All thier tabs are nearly 100% correct and feature a nice midi playback feature that makes tricky rhythms a breeze. It's the only tab site I use because of those feature, but I rarely use tab these days because most sites don't have the stuff I'm looking for.

I second the recommendation of powertabs. It's also the only one I will use. I find it next to impossible to use tabs with no time values indicated.

I use tabcrawler.com, taborama.com, and occasionally olga.net along with guitartabs.cc and ultimate guitar. Also, if you want to be able to hear what the tab should sound like, you can use mysongbook.com and guitar pro, it's a small program, but I find it to be a lot of fun, it's also great for composing.

guitar tab anthology. i think it's run by a college, but it has most any tune you can think of.you may have problems getting the whole page to print though.always seems to cut off the last inch or so.
