Bron Yr Aur is named after a small Welsh farm, named Bron-y-Air Robert Plant lived there for about a year apparently.

The cottage had no electricity or running water. btw...Mates at work are telling me Page played it in open C. This is a picture of Bron Yr Aur. If the walls could only talk huh?...something tells me youd find rolling papers under the couch cushions too!

deepblue, Low to high, it is C A C G C E I have read that this is "open-C6" tuning. It's just like open-C but you don't lower the A. You start by hammering on from the open A to the third fret. I LOVE playing this one so much that I even do it in stardard tuning, just to keep up my fingerpicking chops. (It sounds HORRIBLE that way, though... ) (I think that other tuning that was posted is for When the Levee Breaks, but I'm not sure on that one.)
