To me, it might be clearer if that entire link were posted: Since that is a graphic, you can't copy and paste it but it gives you an idea of how to post a link that doesn't "run off the board" so to speak. And here's the link: the visible name

You can use code tags (box) to show such things. The URL tags (and all tags) will not be parsed within a code box. Visit this [url=http://guitarnuts2.proboards.com/index.cgi]nutty website[/url]. Visit this nutty website. Possibly even more useful are the 'noubbc' tags. Simply use these tags inline around the content you wish to not be parsed. Visit this [url=http://guitarnuts2.proboards.com/index.cgi]nutty website[/url]. With the (non-parsed) noubbc tags, the above looked like this when composing my post: Visit this [noubbc][url=http://guitarnuts2.proboards.com/index.cgi]nutty website[/url].[/noubbc] In case you are wondering, I nested the above sentence within a second set of noubbc tags to display (unparsed) the the original noubbc tags. I could do this all day! If it is not completely clear, just quote this post to see what I did.
