Hi guys, I'm back after a while...I had posted regarding a fender vintage tremolo I made floating and how I found better leaving only the 2 external screws. I can confirm that. Some days ago a friend of mine posted a jazz classic on a forum related to my dsp audiocards system, made with a Rhodes through some nice effect of that platform. I loved it so much that I added my nice frankenstrat, with some use of the tremolo arm. You can see as despite the generous use in the beginning the guitar kept a perfect tuning. I have graphite nut and spertzel locking tuners though, they help a lot. www.alfonsodamora.it/Demos/GoodbyPPH.mp3

alphonso -
Very nice cut indeed. I love this song. I wouldn't call it vintage...more of a classic...but then, I'm old.
Have you got anymore where that came from?
Happy Trails

Thank you Well, this is one of those things I make that are probably more "in tune" with the tastes of Guitarnuts2...I have to add that my guitar has the "Strat lover's Strat" modification, although I just used the neck pu. I also make some more electronic oriented music, but always with a lot of guitar. If you visit my site it opens with a track that uses bottleneck acoustic guitar that is the same that can be downloaded for free in the "downloads" section (the link is down on the right) in high quality mp3 and full duration. I'm a guitar player, but also a dsp synthesizers developer and often these 2 worlds mix. B.t.w. the guitar you hear in this thread is not going through my TSL 100 or my Hot Rod Deluxe (that I'm not using anymore, it's not my taste), but after entering through an Apogee MiniMe preamp-converter in my audio card it is processed through a dsp plugin, a tube amp emulator I'm currently designing, with the goal to find a credible and smooth vintage saturation, which usually is the weakest point of digital emulators. Thx again Alf.
