A ways back, I found a website for salvaged texas mesquite via a guitar forum, and the website was selling guitars made from the wood. The guitars were absolutely beautiful, and the fact that the wood was damaged with huge chunks missing, and where it rotted, added to the beauty. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

newey, Are you saying that you didn't like my Google Search page results? ;D I think Cardinal was in there somewhere. I was gonna just paste a bunch of pertinent links, but then I got the bright idea...... sumgai

Not at all, SG! I'm all in favor of the DIY approach. ;D
Thing is, as soon as I saw "mesquite" I knew exactly what he was talking about. That's one I've been meaning to add to the links page (along with several others) but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Lol, like most of the time (not always, sadly), I did search on google for this. I actually looked at yahoo also. This was a last resort, but a job well done, newey. Just curious, what did you search? Or did you already know the website?

As I said, I've had that link for a while, it's on a list to add to our links page.
