I always knew it, but here's the proof!
Not much else yet being reported around the webs, they all end up pointing back to this video. I'm definitely staying tuned!

Okay, since the nutz on here didn't decide to respond to this, I WILL explain myself.
Has anyone ever watched The Office? The U.S. one, not the British one. (The US one also known as the one that is actually funny.)
I mean... pop culture reference, anyone? I just showed this to my Office loving friend, and he laughed his butt off instantly!
Yes... his BUTT. It's actually more amusing to read with butt. I'm leaving it.

Watched? Would that be as in: "Watch a screen that contains content that panders to 11-year-olds?" And you're asking me that after I've "watched" a computer screen all day, where I control of what I see, not some corporate Bozo? Needless to say, I "killed my TV" long before it was a slogan. Like back in the 60's, about the time they took Twilight Zone off the air. Figured right then that someone was making programming decisions without consulting me first, and that called for extreme retaliation. Here's my sentiments on the subject: sumgai p.s. For extra credit, name as many people as you can in the above image.

My guess would be that these people lived in the space between the death of your TV and the life of mine?

syd,
Nope. Even before my time.
In fact, it's all one guy - Red Skelton. Look him up.

Sorry there, gumbo, but like I've recently said elsewhere on these here 4ooms, I didn't grow up watching very much TV. 'Fraid I didn't catch that particular punch line. sumgai

Well, Red's was "Good Night and God Bless". Hitchcock is a good guess.
