Over the past 10 years or so I've lived in places that are not famous for attracting big name acts...so I tend to haunt YouTube to see what I missed...
While looking for something else I came across a series of videos from the "Guitar Wars" DVD. I almost blew it off, until I noticed the lineup they had for this gig. Nuno Bettencourt, Steve Hackett, John Paul Jones, Paul Gilbert, Roger King, Pat Mastelotto, Mike Szuter and Gary Cherone.
Here's a few examples from the show:
I actually met Nuno Bettencourt back in '93 when he was playing bass with Baby Animals. Long story short, he's a very laid back, no ego down to earth kind of guy. And he's got a very dry sense of humor as well.
Anyways, just thought I'd toss these out. If you liked these there's a few more on the 'Tube.
Happy Trails

Thanks for sharing Cyn. I really enjoyed that.
The itch I usually have with these things is that everybody's 'tone' is designed to work for themselves, and often translates pretty poorly to a lot of people jamming. Nobody's Fault but Mine being a prime example, and Red Rooster being one that proves me all wrong. And, nobody but Gary here will be fronting a hit band here any time soon, but the effort to put in the harmonies was really admirable.
Steve Hackett impressed. Plus I've been a big fan of Nuno's stuff, from the reasonably little I've heard, for a long time - really dig him as a composer, as well as having all the usual chops.
