The music sounds like pretty mid-late 80s, sepultura, kreator, reminds me more of the brazilian-german scene rather than some bay area/florida band.

If ever there was a band that was tighter than an IRS agent's pocket, this is it. I dont' know anything about them, but it's obvious that they've been together more than 20 minutes! Considering that, did anybody Google for BABYMETAL? The lead singer is 16 years old, the other two are both 14!!!! And this wasn't their first time out from under their Mother's apron, either - they're all part (or were part) of a larger J-Pop singing group that's been around for much longer than us non-Japanese might guess. That accounts for their ability to quickly pickup on those coordinated, and none-too-simple choreography moves, while still singing at least something. Think I'm melting down? That particular video was part of an hour-long show, there are a lot more vids on YouTube, not too mention both official and fandom vids of other shows. Some are as well produced, some suck, true. But equally true, this whole concept isn't gonna go away, trust me on that one. All I can say is if I could capture just 10 minutes of the energy they expend, it would add years to my life.  sumgai |

It's good to see Cyn come out of the woodwork, just such a pity it came to this.
With the exception of three teen girls screaming atonally over the worst synth tone in the verses, I actually liked all the separate elements of it. Just not together. Sometimes, different musical elements can marry together beautifully and blossom into something special -- this was a cartoon of a prison gangbang.
I'd close the bar with this tonight but as effective as it would be at making our guests leave, I'd be leaving too. On order. With a note of dismissal scrawled on a napkin.
This is already one of my favourite threads.
