I dont really think its too bad an offer. Sure yohu can buy parts for 10x at that price. But if you only want one set and you dont want to pay several dollars of mininum shipping cost, it looks better, since he only charges for basic postage. Plus he gives some instructions, and has picked out what he considers to be suitable values, and probably put then in a small bag. All helpful value-adds for those who know they want ti try this but are not confident with the ins and outs.
