Hi. 👋 This is NOT leaning politically. Rather, it’s a 2 day explanation of why we, the entire world, need to get rid of our voting machines. It’s really interesting, to me at least. The FrankSpeech app, available on both iOS and Android machines, allows easy viewing. frankspeech.com is also available. momentoftruthsummit.com/ holds this weekend’s schedule. This is crucial to watch. Very informative. Currently, they are going through each of our, USA, states alphabetically explaining what they’ve found out after USA’s 2020 election.

The best definition of free speech I ever heard went something like, "Free speech does not give you the right to yell fire in a crowded theater...however, it does give you the right to yell theater in a crowded fire..."I admit to being a bit skeptical of any scale on which Mike Lindell has his thumb resting... As an aside, I can't help but think whenever I hear anyone claim voting machines are the crux of the problems in this country...that it strike me as something akin to blaming the color of the car for the poor gas mileage... Unless you happen to be on the hook for around 2 Billion Dollars US... HTC1

He wasn’t claiming that voting machines are the only source of the problems. Rather, I took away that the machines have become problematic bc bad people can and surely have taken advantage of them frequently. The effects of that misuse cause MANY problems. And, this has/is-happening in MANY countries. Tomorrow, The Trial of The Machines, should explain this more clearly.

Ooh. I like Mike Lindell. Have read his book… he’s had a super hard yet very blessed and interesting life. He’s attempting to save help repair our country and world. I, though being tiny, respect him a lot.

It seems that whenever a media entity tells a story...Mike Lindell included...they tend to present it through a confirmation bias lens. Rather than explain it myself, here's how the American Psychological Association defines it: Confirmation Bias is the tendency to look for information that supports, rather than rejects, one’s preconceptions, typically by interpreting evidence to confirm existing beliefs while rejecting or ignoring any conflicting data.It looks like this: Neither side gets a pass on this. It's nothing new, either.
From the infancy of cable network's 24 hour "for profit" news cycle there is one issue they all have to address. How do you keep them tuning in to "man bites dog" stories? You don't. You pick a demographic and pander to it. The advertisers like it and you can save a fortune by limiting "boots on the ground" to tell stories and rely on punditry, conjecture or speculation to fill the prime time spot...as well as the bulk of the remaining block of programming... There seems to be a cottage industry in green screened experts these days. My favorites are the one who suffer from Aphasia...until they get a book deal...but I digress... Somewhere along the past 60 odd years I picked up a gem. "Observe, but don't absorb."
Let me leave this for now with a quote: “I know that fewer people are won over by the written word than by the spoken word and that every great movement on this earth owes its growth to great speakers and not to great writers.” You can Google it. HTC1

While we do allow pretty freewheeling discussion in the Coffee Shop, anything that gets political will be shut down. Anything re: Mike Lindell, as one of Trump's chief apologists, is inherently political, and so, too, voting machines. I am therefore locking this thread.
