So this is Ernie Ball 250K Split Shaft Pot, but in the back of the pot says CTS, what does that mean? Is ernie ball got supplied from CTS, and i wonder is it audio or linear?

It is undoubtedly a CTS pot manuctured for Ernie Ball. On their own pots, CTS uses a long alphanumeric coded strimg to designate resistance, tolerance, taper, etc. Yours doesn't have that, so you'd have to get the taper info from Ernie Ball. The "2143" designation is likely the date of manufacture- 2021, 43rd week of the year. So, the "6383" is probably the Ernie Ball model number. I Googled the number and got an audio one on EBay, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's an audio, as I wasn't able to find a number for linear ones.
If you have a multimeter, you can tell the taper by checking the resistance between the wiper and the CCW lug as you turn the knob.
