Where did you get the custom headstock decals?

They're inexpensive waterslide decals from Etsy. I ordered modern Fender font metallic decals in gold and silver; there are a whole bunch of options to choose from on there if you type "custom guitar decal" and the ones I received seem very well made. I also plan to order some glow-in-the-dark blue adhesive vinyl to make fretboard markers with for playing in low light.
