Nighthawk wiring problem.

I have a 93 nighthawk 3 pickup
It had been rewired so I bought a nighthawk prewired set up then wired the pickups in
The position between bridge and middle is really weak?
If I reverse the wiring on middle pick up so earth is hot the neck and middle position is weak?
Stock pickups
Wiring harness is a Dave Starr and followed the wiring diagram . It seems an out of phase issue but Ive no idea?
Any thoughts guys?

Yes, definitely seems like an out-of-phase issue. You could solve this in one of two ways. If your middle pickup is wired as it was originally, flip the wiring on the bridge pickup. OR... If your middle pickup is wired in reverse, flip the wiring of the neck pickup.
