Hi cetino26, I moved your post into a new thread as it wasn't on topic where it was. (Okay, I did mention the SV5470's 4PDT push pull, but in the context of completely different wiring). Generally, unless it's specifically related to the wiring scheme in an existing thread, it's usually best to start a new one. Plus, doing so, makes it easier for anyone else to find in the future.
I believe the image below is the original wiring diagram: At least that's the diagram I have saved on my PC, but unfortunately I didn't take a note of where I originally obtained it. I did notice the pulled-up switching table in the lower right is slightly wrong, but I think the actual wiring is correct. Also, for any one wondering why the wiring is a little unorthodox (i.e. not the standard HSH wiring as other people might think), it's probably beneficial to explain that Ibanez's True Duo pickups actually contain three coils. A third coil is situated below the top outer coil, the idea being that this extra coil is selected when the humbucker is split to (in theory) give a better approximation to a true single coil. The actual switching table is as follows (note the "stacked single coil" key at the top centre): So, working backwards from the wiring diagram, I think the wire colours correspond to this:

At least that's the diagram I have saved on my PC, but unfortunately I didn't take a note of where I originally obtained it. That was very fortunate. Ten or fifteen years ago, Ibanez had decent library of wiring diagrams and other support information on their site. However they removed all traces of that. Finding Ibanez wiring diagrams on the internet has become extremely difficult.

Also, for any one wondering why the wiring is a little unorthodox (i.e. not the standard HSH wiring as other people might think), My '90s S470 had this same switching, like the left-side truth table with the red colored active coils, but did not have the 4-pole push/pull for the alternate mode, as it didn't have those 3-coil pickups. Mine had just regular HSH pickups. but you still had the HB coil splits at 2 and 4 positions. The OTAX switch is, I believe, set up to facilitate that switching.
