Would this pot value be equivalently applicable to the series blending or it's entirely irrelevant? I understand that log A taper would still be better than anti-log C for this series blend right? I've found that log (A) taper works best for series for its smooth sound change across the knob's turning range, and that anti-log (C) taper works for parallel for the same reason. As for value of the series fader pot, 500K has been too high for my tastes - not enough change from knob position 10 to 5 - and that 250K was better for that. I like no-load pot for this application; there's a noticeable bump when rolling off from 10, but I find it acceptable.
