Hi!
I'm working on an old Teisco Spectrum bass which has been modded with a pair och rickenbacker pickups. I want to have on/off slider switches for both pickups, 1 vol and 1 tone. I have double row DPDT slider switches. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to wire it up without all signal being cut when one switch is flipped to off. I saw that someone had made a similar request on this forum (that was for a 3 pickup strat) where a wiring diagram was presented that would send all sound to ground once all switches were off. I'd like to achieve the same result here if possible. Anyone here who can guide me with a diagram/guide on how I should wire it? Thanks in advance!

hi themfruit, welcome to GN2 A similar arrangement to Carls 3x thread should be possible, if you'd like that simple on-off function with the silenced all-off. Can you post a photo that shows where the controls are and also shows the pickups?

themfruit I've been working on an old teisco ish guitar (technically kawai I think) and was looking high and low for an original wiring diag for the guitar in question and I came across this amazing resource which has been very useful - it might at least get you back to stock and then you can experiment from there www.saturn-guitar-circuits.com/
