I'm stopping short of offering a review of the program. But Nevron Software's MyDraw is one of the few mac drawing programs that comes close to Microsoft Visio (which so far doesn't run on macintosh). Like other programs, using it for creating electric guitar wiring diagrams can be time consuming because there are not enough templates. For the GuitarNuts2 people, I offer this set of files that define common electric guitar components, which are kinda like MyDraw's version of Visio's "templates". They're for wiring diagrams (as opposed to schematic diagrams).
Downloading the template files: Click on that link above ( also here). It should open a new tab/window with a bunch of tiles listed. You'll have to download them individually (no batch download, sorry - that's on cloudinary, the FREE file hosting service). Save them somewhere that makes sense on your system. You access the downloaded file from within MyDraw; in MyDraw open an existing drawing, or create a new (blank) one. You have to click the button for managing libraries. That button looks like a little notebook, and by default it's located near the top-left of the window, above "Basic Shapes". Sorry, I couldn't figure out a better way to describe the clicks you have to do. Choose "Open Library" and navigate to the downloaded/stored file. It'll make available a bunch of template items.
Copyright: oops, I don't know if I've violated rights by forwarding items here, many of which I got from elsewhere on the internet and incorporated them in the present file formats. I'll pull 'em down if I receive reasonable objections. Of the items that I created from scratch, I freely offer to all.
