I am redoing the innards of my Galveston Acrylic guitar. I have new 3 new pickups (SSL-4 Quarter Pound), 250k pots, and 3 spdt switches. I have some cool capacitors for 2 tone knobs. I'm even cutting my own pickguard! I would like each pickup to it's own switch. The neck pickup and the middle pickup each have its own tone control knob with a dedicated capacitor. This way I can do any combo of pickup. Can I do this? I hope it's clear what I'm attempting to do. I have a picture available for what I'm trying to wire.

stuominous- Hello and Welcome to G-Nutz2!Sorry no one has responded to you on this. Your diagram looks fine except for the middle tone pot (which I suspect is just a drafting error), the middle tone pot should get wired just like the neck tone, with the center (wiper) lug connected. PS- I edited your post above to display the diagram so we don't have to click through.
