Has anyone ever heard of the perfect pitch method that makes you see a colour when you hear a note?
That way when you hear the note, the colour pops into your head enabling you to identify the note instantly.
Can anyone tell me more about this?

Only some people see color associated with sound. You have to be born that way. Its neuron crosstalk or something. Sort of like some people who sneeze when they go out into bright sunlight and other people who have a memory flash into their head when they smell a certain odor that didn't have any association with the event remembered originally.

deep,
Iffy at best. But if you do decide to try it out, please report your results here, I'm sure we'd all be interested in whether or not there's some real substance to this method, or if twostring is correct, that only a percentage of the population can "get it".

It all depends on how loud I have the amp set.
