The guitar is how I reward myself after a good day of school and studying. Nothing brightens my day like blasting the first chords of smoke on the water after a hard days work.

THE guitar is an Ibanez RG7321 with: -A fret job -Graphite nut/saddles -Plate Waves tuners -DiMarzio Blaze pups -The Big Fat Ten under the hood Or did I get this thread wrong? XD My guitar is my backup singer. Or more precisely, my seven backup singers.

yeah, i noticed that Chris.
but since he changed his tagline from "6 strings bad, 7 strings good" to "more strings, more music" (IMHO, a much more positive spin, on the subject), i didn't wanna rock the boat.
you know me, always looking for reasons to not rock the boat!

To me, the guitar is the only thing I have stuck with in all of my 43 years on this earth.
Its what I seek out when I am happy, sad, or just when im in the mood to be creative. When I was young I felt like I had to compete with all of my guitar buddies " who was the fastest, most clever" etc... As I got older I realized that its about none of those things. Its about enjoying yourself and yes, sometimes I even surprise myself! ...after all of these years ill still come up with something thats sooooo cool! Its something that if I miss doing it even for one day I get edgy. I crave it. I need it. I just makes me feel good I suppose.
I think theres alot of guys here at GN2 can relate to what im saying.
