Hi I was wondering will a Gibson / Epiphone SG fit a Gibson / Epiphone Les Paul case as I have seen several on ebay & my son owns a Epiphone SG

no, they will not. the "horns" on the SG are a bit different shape that the body of the les paul. you could possibly buy one and cut some of the foam out to make it fit, but i still cant say for sure. one thing i can tell you definitely though, ive tried setting my LP in my buddies SG case, and it wont sit in there.

Thanks will have to get a SG case or a standard rectangle case

ive never tried a standard rec case. i dont own any, so i cant test it either. if you know that it will fit (i assume it will), then go for it.

Call me odd, but when I first got my Les Paul I loved the smell of the case. Kind of sweet....like cotton candy??

i cant say if mine smelled like cotton candy, but i do like the smell of a new case.....
