Anyone familiar with Mako guitars? I've seen a few in my day and never really thought much of them but I'm curious about their origin. Any info will help. Thanks!!

Anyone know anything about Hohner tele's? I heard a rumour that 'Prince' uses this model? also, fender got a bit pi**ed about the headstock being too close to their design and made them change it? (Which means mine must be pre-change!) Any new info would be good as I have a relatively old hohner tele in my collection. Thank you

Hmm, I don't know anything about Hohner specifically and even less about the gear of Prince. However, your guitar might have been intended for a non Fender market. I think you can still get guitars in Japan with convincingly similar gibson/fender headstocks.
