I'm looking for a 30-50 watt all tube combo amp with a headphone jack for less than 1000.00--any suggestions?

These seem to be rare in all tube designs, unlike SS amps which often have them. I think the reason is that tube output stages need a speaker load to avoid busting themselves, which is not provided by headphones, wheras an SS amp is happy to run at much less load.
However, a number of tube amps have DI out's, for going to PA or recording setup. My Marshall DSL401 has this and is 40W all tube. For headphones, I plug the DI into a cheap Behringer mixer, and it works very well, with cab simulation also provided by the amp. I'd recommend that approach.
There was, in the 80's, the Marshall studio 15 all tube combo (15W), which is now rather highly regarded and probably the same price as a new DSL. It had a headphone out, and engaged a large resistor to provide the load to the output.

Its not all tube, just one 12AX7... My Marshall Valvestate 2000 is amazing. Its a 50w combo and it comes with a headphone jack. I paid a tad under $1000CDN for it a year or so ago. Solid state amps are sooooo much better now then they were even a few years ago. Some guys just cant seem to let go of the tubes I guess. I used to be an "all tube" kind of guy, but I cant see spending that kind of money buying tubes, when I quality ss amp IMHO is just as good, and in some cases much better.
