I've never heard about that London power scale dealio, but at the price, I can't do it.
I've actually been looking at those Hot Plates that get shown in EVERY guitar magazine.

The reason I've been looking at these is because they make a point to talk about changes in frequencies at different levels of volume, and have correction for that built into the attenuator. Of course, it's even more expensive than the London dealio, and I can't afford one. I may need to check out a big box music store and crank a 100W amp or three with one of these babies in the way.
