Problems with Keeley comp.

I bought myself a new Keeley compressor when I was in Nashville in november, but now I got some troubles with it. I live in Norway, so it will take me quite some time if I'm gonna send it back, so I was hoping someone could help me out..
Sometimes when I plug it in there's no sound when I got the comp "on" (when the light is on,) when I push the button and turn it to "off," the sound returns.
Other times it will not work at all. -No light and and no sound, on or off.
Do anyone know what could be wrong??

No, I tried with and without power supply ;D. But I tried it to day and it works just fine. When I opened it, all the wires seemed well connected, so I don't know what got in to it. -But I sent a mail to Keeley and they answered very quickly and offered great service! I guess I'll just wait and see if the problem returns. If It does, I'll just contact them again.
