Hoddie, there is no "correct" way to do effects, only what you prefer. This site has some useful pointers. Experiment with it!

May I be the first to welcome you to the forum! I'm fairly new here myself, but I've had a lot of fun so far! As mentioned above, there are no effects rules as such, it really depends on what sounds good to you after much experimentation. However, given the way each of these effects affect the signal and the most common usages of them, the best way to hook them up for a starting point to get the most from each would be (in my opinion):
Pickup Booster > Crybaby > Compressor > Chorus > Octave > Delay. The position of the tuner should be neither here nor there (is that a pun??) as out of use it should be unnoticeable, and on it should mute everything anyway. To make sure none of the effects confuse it if left on whilst tuning though, it should be earlier in the signal chain, before the chorus in particular.
This order in only really based on the combination of a range of different effects with the general purpose idea that if it really came to it, you could use all of them at once without each one messing with the other too much. You may wish to put them in groups in order to use them in specific combinations or such like, but that is up to you, and all part of the fun of playing around with these things.
One more thing to consider though if you are using distortion from the amp at the end of this chain, some effects can have a negative influence on the sound 'before' the distortion (once more, depending on what sounds you like). Examples could get a bit long winded, so for simplicity's sake with this chain of effects into an amp with distortion the most effective line would be: Pickup Booster > Crybaby > Compressor > Amp Input
and in the effects loop, if you have one: Chorus > Octave > Delay.
You could argue that the Octave has a better effect before the distortion, but then if you wanted to use it with the chorus, my thinking prefers a pitch shifted chorus sound than a chorused octave sound... as I said have fun and experiment, but overall for a quick fix that should sound sensible in lots of combinations, the first chain goes with generally accepted 'norms'.

Say, I was wonderin'........
Has anyone ever noticed that when we talk about pickups, we always start off with parallel combinations, but when we talk about effects units, we always start off with series combos?
I'm not sayin' anythin' here, ya know, I'm just sayin', tha's all.
..........
Experiment! It's not even low voltage, it's no voltage - whaddya got to lose? ;D
