DIY stompbox

I couldn't seem to find any topics on this. I am creating a usb keyboard footswitch to control Ableton Live.

I'm searching for someone, or some way to fabricate a metal box (like a large stompbox) to hosue the switches. Does anyone have a good source for this?

If you are looking at building it yourself, you may want to consider simply buying one as they're not terribly expensive. One source, (although I've never dealt with these folks) is:

Mouser electronics has a fairly good selection. here's a sample catalog page. Or if it doesn't have to be pretty. Hit the home improvement store, and get a metal, electrical "job" box. Like a 3.5"x3.5" octagon light fixture box w/ the matching metal cover plate.
