I recently used them in two wahs I was tweaking. 1 is a vox clyde clone and the other is a bit of a hotrodded clyde. I'm really impressed with the whipple inductors. It's a "clean" sounding inductor compared to the fasel remakes. The gentleman who makes them is also a pleasure to deal with. I don't forsee using any other inductor for wahs as long as those are available.

Thanks buddy. I am waiting on mine to show up. I need to find a better pot to put in my pedal too, it's a lame ole crybaby from the late 1990's era. I'll make it better though. I was thinking about trying the blacktop pot.

It has to be better than the Hotpotz II that comes stock with Dunlop pedals. That things a piece of junk.

So, technically speaking, what is a "clean sounding" inductor?
