Just had an absent-minded look at the logo- could it be built?
Obviously, the neck would be simple enough, but what about the body? I figure the hole in the middle would cause some strength problems unless you made it out of something like plywood.
Actually, it would be quite cool to make an enormous, sand-cast nut and use that as the body, though you'd have to use a mill rather than a router to cut the control/pickup cavities unless they were part of the casting, and not to mention the weight issues involved...

I wondered that myself a while back. I'm sure it would be perfectly possible, but you'd have to make absolutely sure you had done your flies up before you hit the stage!

Maybe you could use the "lost wax" casting method and make it a chambered semi-hollow body to save on the weight. Cast alumin ium would also help. Inlaying those big black letters into the fretboard would be the really tricky part, especially on a maple fretboard.

I'd probably get the welder out and make a hollow nut from steel plate, with a fixed front and a back piece held on by machine screws. The neck pocket could be tricky, but possible. One idea for the lettering could be to make some steel letters, heat them up and burn them into the fretboard before applying any finish. P.S: Nice to see you spelling your metals correctly
