I ordered a web special unfinished 2 piece swamp ash Tele body routed for two humbuckers with the forearm, tummy, and heel contours for $109. $109! Shipping to me on the "right" coast of the U.S. cost $20. So, it's a $129 body. Now, to be honest, I have about 5 builds in the oven and didn't need this, but did I mention that it was $109! Check out USACG, they're guys that left Warmoth a while back and started their own shop. Their web special bodies are usually about $50 to $100 less than Warmoth. (Now, some of you might notice that I didn't say Warmoth. The guy there that so p d me off isn't there anymore. However,.......) www.usacustomguitars.com/index.htmlwww.usacustomguitars.com/bodyspecials.aspwww.usacustomguitars.com/neckspecials.asp

I feel sorry for the people living on the "wrong" side!
Sounds like you got a bargain though. 5 builds or not, I'm sure it will come in handy at some point.

That's a nice little deal you got there. If I didn't already have two unfinished guitars in the works...and had the cash laying around...I saw a few web deals there that caught my eye. I especially liked the Tele Hollow with the rear rout, swamp ash/birdseye maple top set up for two humbuckers. For $169.00 that's a nice deal. Well, off to buy more lottery tickets... The one that I really like is #10. Adding 4 push pull pots a'la the LP and a 6-way rotary selector, my P-Rail Switching Scheme will really come alive. Now, there are things in the real design that aren't in what I posted, since.......
