The pin numbering is arbitrary since I can see no markings on the switch.
A schematic will be difficult as the switch needs to be represented as a matrix or logic table. For each position, the "A's" are connected to the "A's" in the same row and the "B's" are connected to the "B's" in the same row

BTW, the custom Ibanez 3PS1SC5 HH Lever Switch is $16 at my local factory authorized music store (Pianos 'n Stuff in Blawnox, PA). There is 7% state tax but no shipping 'cuz I live 5 miles away, and I can ALWAYS find a good reason to go there. (Like a PRS Soapbar SE semi-hollow in blue stain for $399 NEW during March Madness '09.)
