Touching the battery terminal tend to make it works but just for a milisecond...is there a way to test troubleshoot to determine if the inductor is at fault? or I see a lot of ppeople taking about defective capcitor...
I'm lokking for possible issues causing this. hanks

jerry, What do you mean by "Touching the battery terminal...."? Are you saying that if you leave the power off (battery disconnected), strum a chord, then connect the battery, you get a sound "for a millisecond"? If so, then one or more capacitors might be bad, but I'd first check the battery connector itself, and then the wires leading to the circuit board. Might be nothing more than a broken wire within the insulation, or equally possible, a solder joint that's gone bad over time. Look for the easy things first! (Of course, we are assuming that your battery is indeed up to snuff!) HTH sumgai

Hi Sumgai,
It's looking very similar to what you described. I meant lightly tapping on top of the battery connector, I had one milisecond of wahlike sound...I will try changing the connector and get back...
Thanks
