What are this speakers characteristics, would it work on a Deluxe 5E3 amp, what is the value.

MojoTone is the "house brand" speaker from Mojo Musical Supply. Someone else undoubtedly makes their speakers for them, they just rebrand them.

Their website doesn't show a model number corresponding to what you listed, so it's probably an older model now out of production. Is this a 12"?

Anyway, you could email their tech support populace for more info, that's probably your best bet.
