So yes, I have a Crybaby Wah Circa 2008. I was wondering if anybody knows how to wire in a temp-on button to put on the pedal, so the effect is off when my foot is off. I don't want the stock toggle removed, just a temp-on button added for when the toggle is on. Also, if you could figure out a way to have beautiful shining LED's on when I have it activated (toggle, not temp-on), I would deeply appreciate it. That's my biggest dislike of the crybaby, no LED's to show how hardcore you are.

If you google Crybaby wah mods you will get a lot of info about different mods you can do to your pedal to improve it. Going for a true bypass switch is relatively straightforward, and as a sideline to this the bybass switch (which will replace the current on/off) can have an LED attached to it to shine brightly when its turned on. As for the first request, it sounds like you are really asking for a touch-sensitive switch which is available (referred to as a momentary switch) but you'd have to do some clever engineering to build this into the footpedal so its only activated when the weight of your foot is resting on the pedal.
