Hi there has anyone ever had one of these nuts fitted to their strat? Wilkinson Roller nut www.axesrus.com/axeNuts.htmI'm curious to know if this would be suitable for my Squire Strat. Its much cheaper than the LSR roller by Fender so I was considering it instead. Its only 42mm but I'm sure half a mm difference each side aint much.

I'd agree that half a mm on each side is inconsequential.
My concerns would be on the correct depth of the nut once you torque it down. This is probably not an FRU...
I've never done one, but I imagine there's an easy way...which the proper tech will charge accordingly for.
Happy Trails

Ok thanks cynical One, thats what I thought.
I'm hoping I'm just gonna get the parts, hand them to a tech and he will to the job without any fuss.
Mind you I live in Ireland and so far every guitar tech I've been too has messed my guitar up in some way each time!!
For the fitting of this roller nut I'm prepared to pay the best guy to do the best job so here's hoping.
If anyone else has had experiences with roller nuts and having them fitted please feel free to spout your words here.
Thanks
