I've read about the mods that improve the Blackheart amps. Would like to have this done but I don't have the skill. Where would one go to have this done?

Grant- Hello and Welcome! You haven't said exactly what mods you want done, but BitMo has kits for several Blackheart mods: www.bitmomodkits.com/servlet/the-Mod-Kits-for-Blackheart-Amps/CategoriesIf you don't want to DIY it, your best bet would be to find a local amp tech to install it for you. If you don't know anyone, the trick is finding someone who's good and who won't hijack your wallet- just like looking for a car mechanic.

Hi, I've read about the Bitmo mods. I was reading about the mods that the fellow on Guitarnuts has on his web site. He said they were easy, if you know what you're doing, which I don't. I'll keep researching. I know there alot of guys who could do this, I'd like to find someone who is really familiar with the Blackhearts. Thanks for your reply.

That would be John Atchley. This board was spun-off from the original guitar nuts site that he maintained, when it became corrupted. John hasn't updated his site in some time, and isn't a member here. Whether he's still actively modding amps is an open question.
But you might shoot him an email through his site, see if he has any suggestions for you.
In his discussion of his Blackheart mods, he stated that he purposely didn't include complete descriptions of the mods to avoid possible liability, since working on amps, particularly tube amps, can be dangerous if one doesn't know the ins and outs of high-voltage circuits. We emphasize the same at the top of this section of this board.
Dressing the wiring to reduce noise was John's number one mod, and a good amp tech should be able to do that for you, just working off John's photos. Mod #2 is a swap of the tubes for better quality- that you can do yourself. For the rest of John's suggestions, he may be able to provide more guidance.
