help! need 6 position blend from gtrnuts

I really goodfed and started ordering parts for the 'chicken head-blend" mod expecting to get the schematic from guitar nuts- The aruthor had a user name with manynumbers and had modified an MPS guitar- the mod used a 6 position and blend to get parlell/series and phase combinations for 2 humbuckers-

Didanyone happen to keep a copy?
