I just wanted to say I have been playing the guitar and bass for a few years now. Nothing big I'm really a hobbyist and do get to jam with some friends on occasion. Well my first Amp was a Roland Spirit 50 That was stolen. Then I wanted something a bit louder so I could jam with friends with out being drowned out! So I then got a Fender FM DSP 212. Its an Amp modulator its loud enough but I don't know it was just hit or miss. Then I started playing bass for a while, still do but I started playing the guitar again and started doing some recording and wanted a small "Studio Amp" (as they say). So I then Purchased the Bugera Vintage 5 tube amp (all other amps are Solid State). MOTHER F****R!!!!!!! Why the hell did I not get a Tube amp to begin with!!!!!! I'm currently in the process of selling all my solid state amps and replacing them with Tube Amps.
By the way is there any way to increase the output of a 5 watt tube amp other than mic'ing it?

Welcome to the dark side...
Not sure how big the speaker on that Bugera is, but you might try getting an extension cab with something a little bigger/more efficient. I've had luck with that in the past. The only sure-fire way to increase the output is to buy a bigger amp. There are some really nice affordable 15-watters out there these days. The Blues Junior and the Blackheart come to mind right off the top of my head. I think Peavey's got something in that range too.

Oh this is my first Tube Amp. So I dont know too much about 'em but I have been reading that you can replace the power tube. I just thought I could get one that gives more power.

No, it doesn't work that way. There are a lot of technical reasons. One being the amp uses an EL84, and there aren't any other commonly available power tubes which will fit that socket.
What you can do is use a more efficient speaker (the rating is dB/W/M) - an increase of 3dB will sound twice as loud to your ear.
Another alternative is to use multiple speakers, which will push more air.

There is an adapter to use the EL90 in the EL84 socket.

That will work, but won't give him any additional volume.
