My blade switch wiring was wrong. I fixed it and everything is pretty much working properly.
Except the Tone pots seem to be lowering the volume of their respective pickups. The volume isn't completely off when the Tone knob is at 0, but almost.

That's cause you've got them wired like volume controls.
A tone control is not wired as a voltage divider (potentiometer), but as a variable resistor. You can move the wire going to the switch over to the wiper with the pickup hot lead, or just tie those two lugs together with a jumper.

Thanks ash, You won't believe this... but that fixed it! Thanks. I'm totally ready to wire another guitar now.

Hey... just wanted to say a final thanks for helping me out with this, everybody! It took me a while but I finally got everything wired and adjusted the way I want it, with my new Fender Strat '57/'62 pickups. Here's a pictures of what my switches look like... with 2-way Tele switch instead of a Strat switch and with the mini toggle for the middle pickup. This picture was taken before I decided to change the neck and cut the new one shorter. And here's a picture of something I found in my secondhand shop... (Thanks for the schematics!)
