For $99, Fender now offers the Mustang I 20-watt 1X8 amp. With modeling, FX, and a USB speaker-emulated out, and including software to set up your own models and Ableton recording software as well.
If it sounds halfway decent, might not make a bad practice/recording amp. Can't beat the price!
