ok i drew this up the other night but i'm not able to post the drawing yet, basically your replacing both pots for 250k p/p's and wiring the bridge pup to the down pos, of both p/p's and the neck in the up pos, of both p/p's replace the tele 3way switch with a 5way add your choice of caps leaving the 5th pos, open as a bypass(optional) then run to the tone control. you'll still have the standard 3 sounds+the varitone which increases that amount of sound

another way is to use the same method as above except wire the bridge to the down pos, of the tone p/p and the neck to the up pos, of the vol, p/p. and run both neck and bridge to the up pos, of the tone p/p. so both p/p's down=just bridge. vol, up and tone down= bridge+neck as well as vol, down tone up=bridge&neck, or both up=bridge&neck+neck with the addition of the varitone 'blade' further increases the amount of sounds it'll produce

but that way eliminates the just neck option, so you can use the 2nd method just eliminate the up pos, of the tone p/p and you'll get (B, N, B&N) and when vol, p/p is down and tone p/p is up the guitar will be dead (usefull if you play tom morello stuph or don't want any noise while talking to the band or crowd which ever you prefer)

the greatest thing about these mods are they do not alter your guitars external appearance which is a great way to keep the resale value of the guitar
