Powering Stompboxes w/o batteries

Well, you could combine multiple outputs to gain your desired output voltages from the box and regulate them back accordingly. The basic Spyder design can be constructed from the transformer Weber offers, or a series of individual transformers.

That may, or may not be the best way to go depending on the amperage draw from your effects, but you can peruse what Weber has to offer here:

The European version of the transformer I have is a WPDLXFMR-2. Per Weber: "Pedal and effects power supply transformer, Eight 11 volt, 300mA windings and one 9 volt, 2 amp winding. 120-220-240 VAC input."
