.... had it been a real absense, you would have received instructions on where to go and what to do.
In other words, I'm back - for whatever that might be worth.....
Oh, and for the record, it appears that you all passed the test. ;D

And I plead no contest to offering the suggestion to send JFP looking for you. After all, if sending guy with green hair after you doesn't say we care...then what does...
Glad to see you're respirating and ambulatory...

Hey Sumgai, welcome to GuitarNutz2.
It's a pretty friendly forum around here, I'm sure you'll make yourself at home real quick. If you've got any problems, don't hesitate to pipe up, and someone will more than likely be happy to help.

Im guessing you absence was due to a quest to find genuine American mirrors? You mean there are fake ones available somewhere? Whenever I send a mirror down to gum-for-brains, you can be sure that it was a Genuine American Mirror, because he comes on here and posts really weird stuff..... Makes me spew every time! ;D sumgai

I have a sneaking suspicion sg's annual absence in September is not due so much to one single thing as it is to a"patchwork", you might say, of things. Just a hunch ...

P.S. Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canucks.

OK, so we're officially off the rails now . . . .We should p-shop KIIMH's avatar and put it on: www.ICanHazRails.com;D OMG! I made up that link, just for the grins, and then tested it - it works!! Holy NutHouses, Batman, there's a real domain by that name!! Sadly it's worthless for my purpose, but nonetheless, how strange a coincidence is that, eh? sumgai

Anyone located in Arizona (or somewhere along the route between beautiful, sunny downtown Washington State and Arizona) that I should stop and visit? cynical1, check your PM's. It's 8:00am on Saturday, the RV is ready to go, and as soon as I unplug the router and modem, we're outta here! But I'll be checking in as often as possible from the road, so don't any of you little mice try your tricks - I've got other cats here to catch you out! sumgai

I found myself in sumgai's old neighborhood, today...The 1.5 hour drive to and from my place was horrendous rain. Over it. I did pick up a neat little PA, from craigslist, though.
I forget, are you living up in the PNW, now, Cyn1?

I forget, are you living up in the PNW, now, Cyn1? Yes I am. I'm in rural Washington County, about 18 miles west of Portland. The summers are incredible out here. The winters are wet and damp...but damn little snow or sub zero temps. You do have some wind out here. I've almost accumulated enough fir limbs this winter to build a cabin this spring...or have a kickass Guy Fawlkes Day this fall... Happy Trails Cynical1
