Hey,
I'd like to take the tone control in my tele out of the loop and run it with only a volume pot. What do I need to do? Pics would be great.

Hello, Typically it would only require clipping the leads to the tone pot (which would be the one with the capacitor attached). See the Seymour Duncan site for Diagrams.

look at the pot with the post facing down and the lugs on the left.the top is 1, mid is 2, bottom is 3(ground). run your hot form the switch to lug 1. run lug 2 to your jack(hot).run the jack ground to lug 3 and main ground. this will cause your pickups to be wide open, and it is imparative that make sure everything is grounded. i suggest shielding the cavities. it may also require lowering the pickup possitions to reduce string pull.
