It's not often that we get to celebrate these little milestones - especially when they have been achieved by someone who has contributed so much to the forum ... so
[glow=red,2,300]Congratulations 4real! [/glow]
... you even have a fancy new title (coincidentally speaking of mods in another thread)
Cheers, D2o

Awww...I'd not really been counting. I'll have a look by this thread of my 'title'...it's not 'master bloviater' I hope Many may say the remarkable thing is not the number but the length of them! But since a thread has been started, right back at all the GN2 people here and the best of it's specialist kind, not just for the info but the support and explanation and general tone of things, cutting through mojo and making some perhaps overly complex projects at times happen. The occasion was marked down here with a very rare earthquake that shook the house, so I imagine the tectonic plates have moved us ever so closer around the world as it shrinks like a sultana left too long in the sun! I hope I've been of some use and thanks for all the great support and interesting projects over a couple of years now to get to this ...um.... milestone. It's also been through a lot of personal changes in teh background such as moving from my old inner city life... To my island home...these sunset are literally from my front door these days would you believe! And to a few guitars along the way...this latest being perhaps the most 'out there' but rewarding project and not even quite finished and already I want to make another 'even better' based on those ideas... I know that would not have happened without the input of many members and just having the forum here and an 'audience' of sorts to keep making progress on it. Speaking of which, it always amazes me, far more than the number of posts I might make, the number of 'views' of just about any of my projects or schemes seem extraordinarily high...5,000 on the last project I see at the present time. But never fear, I am sure I will need more help and suggestions along the way and even the above guitar though what I mainly play these days I don't regard as 'finished', still has a few 'bugs' and perhaps one day will go from this to a more 'professional' quality in the future. Thanks for the shout out...now, lets see my new 'label'... ...and what ever happened to that 'hex' thing I go on about some times...

It really shook my place, but I doubt you'd feel it way out west... In honor of this milestone and because I don't know I've offered much lately of actual work...lot of words, but...created a new thread...the BEPP... guitarnuts2.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=wiring&thread=6411&page=1This picture is way bigger than actual size. Sorry, not 'hex' but will offer some interesting research in that direction and ways to construct such things...but, as a prototype, much as I devised it and seeking to go back to the original intention of the project. A prototype, but at least it's not all just words, occasionally I am spurred into some kind of action... ...and build something! As usual, I will likely need the help of the nutz to make it work and see me through the frustrations that are likely to ensue with such things...
