Is this wiring diagram correct?

Hello all :-)

I'm having some noise issues on a recording I'm doing and this has led me to run a series of comparisons with my various guitars. I have a tele that has a humbucker in the bridge and a lace sensor in the neck position. The closest wiring diagram I could find was this one:

I'm pretty sure I've got a ground issue with this guitar and I'm trying to find out if this diagram is accurate, or whether there is a potential ground loop in there somewhere. My other guitar and bass are simple one pickup setups where I have been able to star ground to one single point, but this tele is a bit trickier as there is very limited space in the cavity, hence my reason for wiring in the 'traditional' way...

Does this look like a good diagram to you?

Although ground loops are often discussed, even here, we dont think now that they are problem issues in a passively wired guitar.

If it is a ground issue, it is more likley to be something not grounded that should be. The diagram looks ok to me.

Could it be a ground loop within equipment downstream of the guitar?

I don't think so, as the particular preamp I've been testing is silent with other instruments (an acoustic guitar with piezo).

I think the thing to do here is to gound everything to a single point and see how that works, as this guitar is definitely noisier than my other one, and it grounds when I'm touching the strings.
