I've figured out the terminal conversion between the (4 pole/5 way) Oak Grigsby switch and the (4 pole/5 way) Schaller type M Megaswitch. It is as follows: Schaller M Megaswitch: (ABCDE) F (GHIJK) L (MNOPQ) R (STUVW) X corresponds to: Oak Grigsby switch : (54321) 0 (54321) 0 (54321) 0 (54321) 0 You can check for yourself by studying the Schaller Megaswitch M Schematic:

Here's a translation from superswitch to megaswitch I had been working on. The images of the megaswitch have some white rectangles added which are labeled with the corresponding positions. C = pole. (in retrospect I should have used ∅ or 0 rather than C). If we assume the right side of the page is toward the bridge, 1 would indicate the bridgemost position of the switch (the position in which the lever is shown). The chart in the middle has the poles (0) shown in yellow boxes for easy identification.
Because it's based on a printed board the megaswitch doesn't follow the same layout as a superswitch. But I reckon this pic will allow translation to be a relatively easy process.
