I find it amazing to make my own pickups and experiment with technology and components.
I am looking for a special guitar sound, yet balanced and musical.
Before moving on to making my new 7 string humbucker pickups for the two of my coming soon Custom made guitars I need to choose the best options of wire and technology.
Here are 3 versions of Fender Strat pickups vs vintage ones.
What do you hear/ think?
Thank you for your opinion!

I think the sound from the Pickup is down to your own taste No every one Likes Bjork singing. and some effects that to me sound like I'm crashing a Cat Balls, people love!!!

I prefer the '65's and i hope they are original vintage not Fenders' modern 'original' or modern 'vintage'. Reason being that my guitar/pedal/amp setup is for total clean signal/sound as to what the guitar is and what the amp is, so if i want distortion/crunch/fuzz/overdrive ill use a pedal or the guitar knobs with the amp knobs, but NOT the pickups as the pickups i want a clean signal from them not slightly crunched as in the others you tested. But to each there own opion.
