Never understood why we have two tone pots on a strat, one for the Neck/Bridge and one for the middle. The only thing it does is make a strange cut down of 125K (as most guitars ive seen share a 47nF cap) So why not have a Hexadecimal switch to replace one POT. And Dual Pot (Two types, two stand alone Pots on top of each other, or two pots linked, maybe with a Push Pull switching) Think you get more control out with a Push Pull Dual Pot 250K one Both Pots Linked in Line with each other Lug1&2 Linked, Lug 3 Linked up to Lug 1&2 of the other pot as well as one of the CommonA Switch and 4thBit of the Hexadecimal switch (D), Lug 3 Linked to CommonB Switch TopA Switch linked to BottomB Switch Linked to Hexadecimal Common (E) and 10nF to Ground A) 4n7F B) 12nF C)22nF D) back to Middle of Two POTS This will give you 500K/250K/125K Selection of the POT also give you 10n, 14n7, 22n, 27n7, 32n, 36n7, 44n, 48n7F normal values is 10, 15, 22, 33 and 47or50 which i think it hits them all with a bit inbetween. Hexadecimal Switch works like 4 SPST switches (why ive drawn them 4 all sat on top of each other)
